Terms of Service & Institute Rules
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of Disha Computer Training Institute Jaiharikhal disha.hemantrawat.in or exam.disha.hemantrawat.in (Exam Portal), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms, rules, and regulations outlined below.
2. Fee Payment & Refund Policy
Admission and Coaching Fees are Non-Refundable under the following circumstances:
- A. If the Admission form is processed to the head office.
- B. If the Enrollment number is issued.
- C. If the student leaves the institute before they complete their course, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of any Fees.
Fee Payment Guidelines:
- D. Monthly fee is payable in advance by the 10th of every month.
- E. Monthly fee will be collected in two modes:
- Cash Mode
- Online Mode (UPI.)
- F. If the fee is not submitted within 10 days of the due date, a late fee fine @ Rs. 10/- Per day will be charged. Additionally, a significant penalty amount may be charged accordingly.
- G. If the fee is not paid by the last day of the month, the name of the student will be struck off the Rolls.
3. Attendance & Leave Policy
- Regular attendance is very important – a student’s overall growth increases significantly over time when they attend regularly and have strong connections to all aspects of the classroom.
- 75% attendance is the compulsory criteria for getting permission to sit for the Final Certificate exam.
- Students cannot take leave without informing us and obtaining prior approval. Any leave taken without prior notice will attract a fine of Rs. 100/-.
